Summer Smoothies

I love smoothies in the summer!  I’ll use fresh berries if I have them in the house (I tend to snack on them before they have a chance to make it into a smoothie).  I’ve started keeping some frozen ones on hand so I can whip this recipe up whenever!

It’s delish and you can easily add other things/swap out anything that you have on hand.
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
Approximately 12-14 oz of flax milk (again, use whatever milk/alternative that you prefer) – add more/less to get desired consistency.
Blend for a few minutes and done!  I pour mine into my shaker bottles or a mason jar with a lid so it travels well.  It will keep for a day or so in the fridge if you want to make it ahead for the next morning or evening.
