Small Group Training

If YES, then our small group training membership could be a perfect fit for you!

Our Small Group Training membership offers:

  • Intelligently designed 6-week programming instead of random workouts that can be tailored for your fitness level

The Dragonfly Approach

Dragonfly’s approach to fitness is centered around the idea that one size does not fit all. Our coaches know every one of our members – you will never just be a number here! Our group training membership gives you intelligent program design, accountability and the camaraderie of an awesome group of women who will cheer you on every step of the way!

Our new signature training model offers group training members a strength and conditioning focus. Strength and conditioning sessions are Monday - Friday. Saturday sessions vary with a cardio focus.

 

During our training sessions, a Dragonfly coach leads members through a total body training workout built around our very own group training model that allows every movement to be scaled to personal fitness levels by one of our caring and expert coaches. All sessions are ladies-only and last approximately 45 minutes. Small Group is a max of 10. All of our training focuses on proper form and coaching, while helping our members to build strength and confidence. Our system was developed specifically for women by owner and coach Renah Jones.

Our Strength & Conditioning sessions will help you build and increase your overall strength through progressions and smart programming. Sessions typically include upper/lower push, upper/lower pull, and core movements for a full body workout. All movements can be scaled, with a portion of the session focused on using the most demanding weight/variation and the other focused on athleticism and conditioning.

Small Group Training Membership Options

We offer a variety of membership options to fit every client’s needs. We want you to see the results you’ve been dreaming of, so our membership options are designed to set you up for success.

  • Memberships range from $146 – $227 depending upon how often you train.

​

  • A minimum 3 month commitment for new members starts at $155 per month (8 sessions). Additional processing fees apply to all memberships.

​

  • After the minimum 3 months are complete we offer a 6-month commitment or a 12-month commitment with the option to train 8, 10, 12 or 16 times per month.

Group Training Policies

  • Cancelations: Cancel 12 hours before your scheduled class to avoid lost classes. No shows will be charged $12.

​

  • Arrive to class on time. Doors open 10 minutes before class.

​

  • Members are to wear gym shoes only. No street shoes past the front desk or on the training floor. Please bring a pair of clean shoes to change in to.

Tuesday: 6A, 7A, 8A, 9A, 4P, 5P, 6P

Thursday: 6A, 7A, 8A, 9A, 4P, 5P, 6P

Friday: 6A, 7A, 9A, 11A, Noon, 4P, 5P

Saturday: 8A, 9A, 10A

To get started with us, please fill out the form below!

A team member will email you once your form has been received to set up a consultation call. During the 20 minute consultation call we’ll talk about your goals, and we’ll answer all of your questions about how we train here.

 

From there, we’ll set up a studio visit if you feel we are a good fit. During the studio visit you’ll have the chance to see the studio, we’ll conduct a short movement assessment, and get you set up for membership!

 

Consults are completely commitment-free, and there is no obligation to join.
