Semi-private training members receive an individualized workout program based on their goals and needs, while working alongside 1 – 5 other women.
With our semi-private training program, all we do is focus on one thing: YOU. I know first-hand how specific, personalized programming and coaching can make a difference for anyone who wants to get stronger at certain movements or wants to learn how to work around injuries more effectively! This is an easy and affordable offer just for group members. Not only does this include a special rate for training, but it also includes a goal setting session too.

When we create your program, we focus on the areas that YOU need most to get you results.
Semi-private training kicks off January 6th, with sessions offered on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6am & 11am and Fridays at 7am & 11am.
And here’s what’s so great about semi-private training for our group members. If you do decide semi-private training is a good fit for you, all semi-private memberships are month-to-month. You can add to your group membership or we can pause your group membership. Regular semi-private membership includes training up to three times per week with an investment of $350 per month.
