Shortcut to better health & well-being...

Be prepared not to cook and to be short on time. That's right. If you are constantly finding yourself eating frozen pizza again or hitting up a drive-thru because you were gonna cook... Get yourself a better plan B. (Or if you're like me, just plan on not cooking most of the time because you'd rather do something else. )


It's no secret that I don't like to cook that much. I've spent the better part of the past ten + years working long weird hours and many weekends. (I'm also lucky to have a husband who does love to cook and he's damn good! Much better than me.) I learned to navigate healthy eating without spending all of Sunday meal prepping or hours cooking during the week. That's not to say I don't/never meal prep. It's just extremely simple!


I'm also good with eating mostly the same foods. And I've recognized my limits on what I will do. I've been ordering Ful meals and Micro Meadows salads for quite a while now. Not every week, but many. (Bonus: Ful meals are delivered right to the Dragonfly studio...you can get in on that too!)



I get to eat healthy, not stress about cooking every single meal and I don't have any guilt about that. There are plenty of great "shortcut" options for individuals and families. Don't overcomplicate things.
