I have a smoothie for breakfast a few times a week. When the weather turns cooler and fresh berries are harder to come by, I switch it up to this Pumpkin Smoothie. I use regular canned pumpkin and buy fresh bananas and pears. Once they ripen, I peel the banana and core the pear (but I don’t peel it) then freeze to use when needed. This smoothie has plenty of protein and fiber and just the right amount of sweetness
One frozen banana
One frozen pear (peel on)
One scoop of Collagen
One scoop of Peanut Butter Powder
1/3 can of Pumpkin
One cup of Almond Milk (I use 30 cal/serving)
Dash or two of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon
Blend until Smooth
