Fitness Rave
A little fitness, a little rave…ALL FUN and for a great cause! You don’t want to miss the best fitness event of the year!
You’ll be supported by our coaches as you push, pull, jump and sweat to the beat of DJ Forensic! And y’all we like to have fun so don’t sweat it if you haven’t worked out in a while.
This is an all-fitness levels workout for everyone…guys and gals and you don’t need to be a member. We want a packed house, but there’s a limited amount of tickets available!
The best part is that 100% of your ticket purchase will be donated to CARE STL.
The workout is 9 – 9:45am at Dragonfly Fitness, 5101 Hampton Ave. Tickets are $50 and include a LED foamstick, and VIP admission to the after party with a light breakfast, coffee and rescue dogs! Stay all morning or grab your breakfast to go after the workout.

Adoption After Party
Can’t make the Rave? Stop by the Adoption After Party, 10am – Noon!
(This is free and for everyone, not just those who work out.)
Meet adoptable dogs from CARE STL and watch them have some fun in special dog enrichment areas.
Stuff A Kong Station – Make a $10 donation and stuff a Kong for a shelter dog! A limited amount of Kongs will be available, along with supplies! Or donate a new Kong to stuff and we’ll provide the supplies! Staff will take Kongs back to shelter after the event for the pups to enjoy.
