Congratulations to August Member of the Month, Maddie!
Maddie was nominated by Coach Julia who says she chose Maddie because even though she’s been here for 11 years now, she has really cranked it up a notch this past year! She’s getting stronger and faster and her consistency is key to it all: Maddie doesn’t miss. Her joy and love for life is contagious and is an excellent addition to every class she’s in.

What brought you to Dragonfly? DFT checked all the boxes: a neighborhood gym, challenging workouts, a cool sense of camaraderie and support from other members and trainers.
You've been a member for a long time (11 years to be exact)! What motivates you to stay consistent with your training? I’m all for “a healthy mind in a a healthy body.” I think that working out definitely improved my muscles strength and boosted my endurance, but more importantly, it helped me develop good habits and healthy routines.
Is there anything that strength training has taught you or given you that you weren't expecting? Contrary to my belief, strength training has increased my mobility and flexibility for sure. It also improved my metabolism over time. What more could I ask for?
