We’re excited to bring you two new budget-friendly options that will allow you to experience the benefits of personal training in the friendly and comfortable atmosphere of our studio!


When is personal or semi-private training best for me?


If you’re a beginner with little to no experience, you’ll get the personal attention you need to ensure that you learn great form and what works best for your body. If you’re uncomfortable in a group, you’ll be working one-on-one with a trainer or in a small group with two other members. If you are experienced, but have specific goals – we’ll challenge you and we’ll teach you you how to reach those goals in the shortest amount of time.


Our personal training services are led by the best trainers in St. Louis, who are not only knowledgable, but also caring.  Simply put, we get it, and we get you.  All of our programs are designed by women for women.


30 Minute Personal Training Sessions

Meet us in the middle with our new 30 minute personal training sessions! Perform your personalized warm-up before our scheduled time and finish out your workout on your own with a personalized conditioning finisher. We will meet you in the middle for 30 minutes of individual coaching! This is a time and budget friendly option for those that are seeking a more personal training experience. Find out more here.


Semi-Private Training

Our semi-private training is open to women only. This is a great option for those that want some extra attention from a coach and a reduced cost of personal training. You’ll receive a personalized program and coaching based on your goals, while sharing the training experience with two other members. Find out more here.

Monday: 6am  – 11am; 3pm – 7:30pm

Tuesday: 3pm – 6pm

Wednesday: 6am – 10am; 3pm – 7:30pm

Thursday:  3pm – 6pm

Friday: 7am – Noon
