Surfset THIS CLASS IS FULL! You know it, you love it! Experience 45 minutes on the boards with surf-style training focusing on core strength, conditioning, stability, balance and body control. Oh, and watch out for those sharks! Led by Coach Deb.

TRX Total Body (Max 12): Join us for this special edition of TRX, suitable for beginners and advanced fitness levels! Get your sweat on with a blast of TRX strength and core training combined with cardio drills using bodyweight, medicine balls and more. Led by Coach Missy.
Row Endurance THIS CLASS IS FULL! Get your row on! You’ll go high intensity with a blend of rowing and strength training movements! This is a DFT favorite that’s not usually offered on Saturdays…bet it’s gonna be a good one! Led by Coach Deb.

BAM (Max 12): It’s a special edition of BAM with a little of this and a little of that! Sweat, punch, and kick your way through the morning! BAM! Led by Coach Joe. (Gloves are available to borrow at studio.)
Kitchen Sink (Max 12): That’s right – get it all in during this workout! We’ll use everything but the kitchen sink! If you like variety then this might be just for you – it’s a little bit of everything including athletic drills, strength, high intensity intervals and a finisher! Led by Coach Missy.
Tires & Ropes THIS CLASS IS FULL! Oh yes we did! You’ll be slamming, flipping, and smiling! We’ll use the battleropes and tires to work up a sweat in the parking lot during this this special Move to END ALZ class! Led by Coach Renah.

Box & Flow (Max 12): Create the ultimate balance! BAM instructor Joe and Yoga instructor Carey are teaming up for this special Move to END ALZ class that will start with boxing and finish with a yoga flow – a true mind and body workout!
Raise The Bar (ONE SPOT!): We’re going to “raise the bar” and do some heavy lifting for ALZ! You’ll have several options to choose from (squats, deadlifts, bench, push press, rows) during this advanced Lift class using the barbell. We’ll help you put the perfect combo together so your day starts off strong! Led by Coach Renah.
11 – 11:45 a.m.
Land & Sea (ONE SPOT!): Come with us as we sweat it out on land and on the sea! Combine Surfset balance and core training on the board, high intensity on the rower and strength training movements for this special Move to END ALZ adventure! Led by Coach Deb.
Swing, Clean & Snatch (Max 8): When it comes to strength endurance these three kettlebell exercises are king! There are not many exercises you can do that will allow you to work so hard! We’ll spend time learning and working through the details of these movements and then you’ll put them together for a workout to finish off this special Move to END ALZ class.

Heavy Metal Yoga (Max 12): What a perfect way to end the day! This non-traditional yoga class will take all levels through a series of poses connecting breath, movement and … metal! Come ready to rock, roll and sweat to a special heavy metal playlist! Led by Coach Carey.
