Rowing is a very-effective, fun and low impact full-body workout! Our Learn to Row Workshop will not only introduce you to the Concept 2 rower, but will also help you improve your form, times and efficiency. This workshop is open to and is for non-members of Dragonfly – guys and gals.
The workshop will cover:
- Getting Ready To Row/Set-Up
- Breaking Down the Stroke
- Common Mistakes & How To Avoid Them
- Using the Computer Monitor
- Stroke Rate & Split Times
- Rowing for Calories & Meters
You’ll also get four different rowing workouts to take home.
