You know how to swing and you’re ready for more…the clean, snatch, and jerk!
This advanced kettlebell workshop will offer a short review of the swing and will focus on the clean, snatch, push press, and jerk. These dynamic and explosive movements not only work the muscles, but also the heart and lungs. They are excellent for strength and conditioning. They can actually make cardio fun!
These movements are for the enthusiast that already has a level of proficiency using the kettlebell, especially the kettlebell swing. If you’ve experienced the bell floating at the top of the swing then you know what we mean!
We will cover both single and double kettlebell work as time allows.
The small group setting will allow each participant personal attention and coaching from Dragonfly owner Renah, who is the only StrongFirst Level 2 Certified Kettlebell Instructor in the St. Louis area.
The 2.5-hour workshop is scheduled for Saturday, July 13 from 1 to 3:30pm. It’s open to both men and women. Just six spots are available. The cost $60 ($50 for members). Register before July 1 and get $10 off.
