Fitness Coach (Part-time)
We are seeking a certified personal trainer to coach our women’s small group strength and endurance sessions.
This is a part-time position that will be available in August.
Our coaches work as an important part of our team to deliver professional small group training sessions, while also supporting our overall member experience. We are looking for coaches who lead by example in trying to be better every day. The right candidate should be hard-working, caring, self-motivated, positive, passionate, looking to grow, ready to learn, and eager to make an impact in the lives of others. Teamwork is a must for our small business.
Must hold current personal trainer certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA). Training experience is required.
This position is morning and evening hours and at least one Saturday per month. No split shifts. Approximately 10 hours per week, with the possibility for more in the future.
We do all the marketing and enroll all of our small group members, so there’s no sales involved with this position. We just need you to be the best coach you can be!
