It’s $9.99 per month, or $59.99 for an entire year and it allows you access to a collection of podcast-like programs centered around a variety of topics including confidence, self-love, self-discovery, fitness, and nutrition. You have an embedded personal journal in the app, and can set it to give you reminders for “self care time.” And I love LuLu’s Local Eatery on South Grand. They have wonderful food. I’m not vegan, but still really enjoy it. You can purchase gift cards on their website.
Holly, Membership Services Team: I love the Plan to Eat app. It is $39.00 for the year or $4.95 per month and you get a 30 day free trail to begin with. You can save all your favorite recipes into your account and then use the meal planner app to plan out your week. Once you have completed that it generates a shopping list that you can then take to the grocery store. No more forgetting your list at home. Plus it’s just a great way to keep organized and makes meal planning easier!

If you’re looking for a great little gift or stocking stuffer, I really like Penzeys Cinnamon. I love putting it in my coffee because it adds a little sweetness without the added sugar. And I always find my favorite workout pants and shorts at Athleta. I like the high waist options on both!
