The No-Sweat Intro is a completely commitment-free Zoom call where you’ll chat with a Dragonfly coach about your personal health goals and get some expert advice about the steps you need to take to reach those goals. One size does not fit all, and our team knows exactly what direction you need to head in to see results. We’ll also answer any questions you have about training here. If you decide we’re a good fit, then we’ll have you come in to the studio for a short functional movement assessment and to get signed up! 2 – GET READY
Small Group Training Members should prepare for classes by visiting our Members Only page where you’ll find our training program, along with videos.
Semi-Private Training Members will receive an individualized workout program written specifically for you by a coach who will take into account your goals, history, and any injuries/medical considerations you may have. Your coaches will guide you through all of the specifics during your sessions.
3 – SCHEDULE YOUR TRAINING
Our small group training members may schedule group classes online. Our trainers will meet you right where you are, offering modifications and progressions for every level.
Semi-private training is offered on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
Members should sign up for times that work best!
