How to Join

1 – SCHEDULE YOUR FREE NO-SWEAT INTRO

The No-Sweat Intro is a completely commitment-free visit to the studio where you’ll chat with a Dragonfly team member about your personal health goals and get some expert advice about the steps you need to take to reach those goals. One size does not fit all, and our team knows exactly what direction you need to head in to see results. We’ll also conduct a short functional movement assessment suitable for all fitness levels. Group TrainingSemi-Private Training

2 – BUILD A FOUNDATION

All of our Group Training Members will start with our Foundations class. Our Foundations class is typically offered one or two Saturdays per month (1 – 3pm). New members are required to attend this class before starting Group Training.

 

Semi-Private Training Members  will receive an individualized workout program written specifically for you by a coach who will take into account your goals, history, and any injuries/medical considerations you may have. Your coaches will guide you through all of the specifics during your sessions.

3 – SCHEDULE YOUR TRAINING

Our group training members may schedule group classes online at days and times that work best for you. Our trainers will meet you right where you are, offering modifications and progressions for every level.

 

Semi-private training is offered on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. Members should sign up for times that work best!
