1 – SCHEDULE YOUR FREE NO-SWEAT INTRO
The No-Sweat Intro is a completely commitment-free visit to the studio where you’ll chat with a Dragonfly coach about your personal health goals and get some expert advice about the steps you need to take to reach those goals. One size does not fit all, and our coaches know exactly what direction you need to head in to see results. We’ll also conduct a short functional movement assessment suitable for all fitness levels. 2 – BUILD A FOUNDATION
If you choose a personal training membership, we will set your training times and start building a plan. During your first one or two sessions, we will review basic movements and talk more in-depth about your goals before we put a 6-week personalized plan together for you.
If you choose a group training membership, we will get you set up for your Foundations classes and membership during your No-Sweat Intro. Our Foundations classes are typically held during the first full week of every month. New members are required to attend these classes before starting Group Training.
3 – SCHEDULE YOUR TRAINING
We will work with our personal training members to create a training schedule that fits into your weekly needs.
Our group training members may schedule group classes online at days and times that work best for you. Our trainers will meet you right where you are, offering modifications and progressions for every level.
