Fuel Up With Healthy Prepared Meals From FUL

We’ve been working with FUL for a while now as a prepared meal partner, and I’ve been ordering 5 meals per week to help out with not having to meal prep as much. I thought I’d give you a peek at the meals I have for this week.

All of the meals have the same nutritional composition – 380 calories, 28 grams of protein, 36g carbs, 14g fat. They are free of gluten, added sugar, dairy, soy, preservatives and hormones. No need to wonder if you’re eating something good for you – you are! What I like best is that they are FLAVORFUL! Some prepared meals are bland, especially the vegetables. (I can actually eat the broccoli in my FUL meals!!)

I had the Chicken Tikki Masala for lunch so it was straight out of the microwave. I just opened the other meals and snapped a photo.

All of the meals are delivered to the studio Monday morning! Just make sure that you order by Friday. (You don’t have to be a member to pick up here.)
