Since 2012 we have been on a mission to change the way St. Louis area women view health and fitness, and we are proud to serve nearly 200 women at our St. Louis Hills studio. In early 2020 we will expand our reach with a separate co-ed gym concept that will help men and women of all fitness levels get superhero strong with kettlebells, while supporting causes close to our hearts. Our team will have the opportunity to be a part of both.
