Bounce Back From A Not-So-Healthy Weekend

Did you have yourself a grand ole weekend? Too much of a good thing (or bad)? What’s done is done. No need to fret about it.
Here are some tips to help you move forward and bounce back.
  • Increase your water intake and rehydrate. The more water you give your body, the more it will let go of.
  • Increase veggies. The vitamins and minerals will help you get your energy level back up!
  • Get some sleep. Plan a few nights this week to get to bed early, or plan a few days to sleep a little later.
  • Learn from your mistakes. If your weekend didn’t necessarily push you closer to your goals, think about how you could have made a little better choices. Notice, we said a little better. We don’t believe in giving up social events or the things you love, but a little better can go a long way!
