Starting in December (that’s next week, yikes!), we’ll be hosting three FREE Awesome On Purpose Mini-Challenges to help you finish out the year feeling good (inside & out)!

Each mini-challenge will take place in our Awesome On Purpose December Challenge Facebook Group. Join right here! You’ll just have to answer a few questions so we know you’re a real person! 🙂 In the group you’ll get the daily lesson/topic of the day (via video or a PDF), all the tools you’ll need to participate in the challenge, and snack-size coaching from me. Once you join the group, you can leave anytime or you can stay and participate in all three challenges.
Why are we doing this? We know this time of the year can be stressful for so many reasons. And a lot of us just throw our hands up and say…I’ll start back on January 1! Well, not this year. Let’s keep going. These challenges are just a few days in length and will only require a minimal amount of time. They are designed to keep you moving right along, without a lot of stress. We hope you’ll even learn a few new things that you can carry into the new year! It’s our holiday gift to you! These challenges are for women only, but all women are welcome — you don’t need to be a member or even live in the St. Louis area! All we ask is that you participate in the group! The very best thing about these challenges is all the support you’ll get. So we just ask that you comment, post questions, give high fives and just participate in general!

December 2 – 4 // Get Your Mind Right!: This 3-day Mindset Reset will focus on three important things you can do to start shifting the way you think about nutrition and fitness!
December 9 – 13 // 5-Day Eat Better Challenge: The 5-Day Eat Better Challenge is designed to give you some quick wins with your nutrition so that you feel confident and motivated during the holiday season. You’ll get tips, recipes and support!
December 18 – 22 // Moving Forward, Giving Back: We’re going to finish out our December mini-challenges with five days of workouts and moving, and some simple ways you can give back/pay it forward. It’s going to make you feel good inside and out for sure!
