Gain strength and power with the kettlebell during this 6-week small group training challenge!
This program is co-ed and small group (max of 6 per class).
Each session will include warm-up, technique/practice, strength and an endurance/conditioning focus.
Movements will include the Swing (2-Handed, Single, Double), Get-Up, Cleans (Single & Double), Presses and Front Squats. Some bodyweight movements will be included in sessions, and students will progress each week based upon their specific goals.
Cost for the 6 weeks (12 sessions) is $199. Mondays & Wednesdays @ Noon or Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7:30pm. (Register by June 8 and get $30 off. Members get $50 off.)
Each class will be held at Dragonfly with owner and SFG II Instructor, Renah Jones.
*No class week of July 4th.
