Dragonfly Fitness & Training is thrilled to host three health seminars to be presented by Mental Health America of Eastern Missouri this summer. MHA-EM wants to give you the skills needed to make mental wellness part of everyday life. These seminars will teach a variety of techniques to help you care for your mental health just as you care for your physical health!

First up:

Address Stress will teach you to recognize signs and symptoms of stress and provide practical self-management strategies for everyday use.
