What is Semi-Private Training at Dragonfly Fitness?
Our semi-private training “tribes” are a BRAND-NEW option for those looking to train with extra attention from a Dragonfly fitness coach. These specially programmed series of sessions feature only 4 to 6 members and happen 1 to 2 times per week.
Programming, which is customized to last 3 to 6 weeks, is individualized to each member based on specific needs, and will work toward the overall goal of the program and individual.
Who is Semi-Private Training for?
Our semi-private tribes are open only to women, both members and non-members. Semi-private training offers personal training by giving each individual a specific plan designed specially for them and more personal attention during training sessions. You’ll share the training experience with your “tribe” and enjoy the reduced cost of personal training.

This 3-week program is for the beginner who has no idea where to start… Start with us! Meets 2x per week. Cost: $129

This 6-week program is for the woman who wants to learn to increase her strength and use the barbell. Includes 6 sessions. Cost: $119
