This hour-long seminar will teach you to manage your energy instead of time in order to improve productivity, in addition to explaining how to set meaningful goals, maintain motivation, and combat procrastination. The seminar will also teach you your four types of energy and explore ways to replenish each one.
All the seminars in our Summer Wellness Series are FREE for current Dragonfly members, and non-members are welcome for a $5 donation that will benefit our charity of the month. Members can sign up in MindBody, and non-members can RSVP to Deb@DFT-STL.com.
