One Size Does Not Fit All

Walk into Dragonfly during a group training session on any given day, and you will see ladies of all ages, sizes, and training backgrounds. You will see women who are brand new, ladies working around injuries, and women just plain ready to take it to the next level.

Wait—you said “group training,” right?

Yep, that’s right. And that’s what women love the most about coming to Dragonfly. We meet each woman right where she is with our expert coaching, small class sizes, and personal approach. That’s not typical of group training, but it’s the only way we know how to operate.

We don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness, and we feel our members deserve a personal experience that will actually help them toward their goals. That’s why our coaches get to know every single one of our members. Not just names, but strengths and weaknesses, fears, goals, and backgrounds.

For example, many ladies come to us concerned about joining group training because of old or current injuries, like a bad shoulder or iffy back. They know that strength training will benefit them but are worried about being able to complete the workouts safely.

During our initial consultation with each new member, we address these injuries so that even in group training sessions, each woman can be given options that work the best for her and her body. Our coaches are constantly communicating with each member during group sessions, and we encourage everyone to ask questions if a movement doesn’t feel right. With our coaches’ expert help, members learn how to work around their injuries and utilize the exercises that are best for their body.

All workouts at Dragonfly are challenging, but they work for all fitness levels—including those working around an injury—simply because we take the time to get to know everyone. Come see how we can help you build your strength!
