At Dragonfly Fitness & Training, we believe all women can be strong, healthy, and active no matter their age! Which is why we’re so excited to announce our newest program: Lift Active.
Whether you’re retired, work from home, or are an empty nester, our Lift Active program is for the mature woman who wants to get strong and healthy with the support of a group of like-minded women!
This program includes two Lift Active strength training classes at 11 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday.
What is a Lift Active class like?
These classes are very similar to our regular Lift classes, so you’ll get in a great strength training workout to add to your already active lifestyle. Classes are 50 minutes and include a 10-15 minute warm-up and mobility portion, followed by 20-25 minutes of strength training and stretching.
What does it cost?
Cost is just $149 for the 6-week program, which includes 12 classes.
Do I need to know how to lift weights?
Nope. Absolutely no previous strength training experience is required, because you’ll be in a small group led by one of our expert coaches.
