How to Join

1 – SCHEDULE YOUR FREE NO-SWEAT INTRO

The No-Sweat Intro is a completely commitment-free visit to the studio where you’ll chat with a Dragonfly coach about your personal health goals and get some expert advice about the steps you need to take to reach those goals. One size does not fit all, and our coaches know exactly what direction you need to head in to see results. We’ll also conduct a short functional movement assessment suitable for all fitness levels. Request your No-Sweat Intro here or call 314.932.7747 to schedule one. (Please note that we do not schedule intros via email.)

2 – BUILD A FOUNDATION

If you decide that we are a good fit for you, we will take care of your paperwork and get you set up during your No-Sweat Intro so you can get started! The first thing every new member does is attend our special Foundations class before jumping into Group Training. You’ll learn the basics (squat, hip hinge, push, and pull) in a fun, friendly small-group environment. Foundations classes are typically every Saturday at 11 a.m. (Guests may also join us for our Foundations class for $20. Max of 5.) 

3 – SCHEDULE CLASSES

Once you’ve taken Foundations, you can jump right in! All of our scheduling is done online, and our memberships allow you to sign up for classes at days and times that work best for you. We offer a variety of classes, and many are capped at 14 so you get the personal attention that you deserve. Our trainers will meet you right where you are, offering modifications and progressions for every level.
