Foundations classes are typically held every other Saturday at 11 a.m. The class is included with your Dragonfly membership. Members should take the class within one month of joining.
You’ll receive excellent coaching in the proper form of our foundational movements, including: squat, hip hinge, push, and pull. Class is one hour.
Guests interested in learning more about strength training may purchase it separately for $20. Space is limited to 5.
