60 Workout Challenge: Starts Sept. 1

You know that we are always looking for fun new ideas to help you stay inspired and achieve your goals! And now that we are in our new space, we thought – what a great time to challenge our members to finish out 2018 strong! But instead of a weight loss or nutrition challenge, we are bringing you the Dragonfly Fitness 60 Workout ChallengeWe are challenging every member of Dragonfly to get 60 workouts in here at the studio from September 3 – December 31! There’s no cost to you…and if you complete the challenge you’ll receive $60 to spend with us on merchandise, supplements, bars…anything in our Dragonfly shop. PLUS, you’ll get a cool, exclusive challenge t-shirt! Priceless! 🙂 60 workouts in 4 months is about about 4 workouts per week! How great would it feel to stay that consistent through the rest of the year?!

Ready to take action? Here are the details!

 

  • Get in 60 workouts at Dragonfly from September 3 – December 31. When you come in for your workout stop by the front desk to get your sticker and place it on the Challenge Board.

 

  • Check in at Dragonfly on Facebook every time you workout. Make your post public so we can see it! (This is a must in order to successfully complete the challenge and receive the reward!)

 

  • Only one workout per day at Dragonfly will count towards your goal.

 

  • Members who complete 60 workouts by December 31 will receive a $60 giftcard to spend on merchandise or supplements, or you can even gift it to a friend interested in joining Dragonfly!

And then look for the Challenge Tracker Board in the studio on September 3! If you aren’t currently training 4x per week, but would like to participate in the challenge email missy@dft-stl.com to find out how you can purchase additional sessions for September – December.
